Reinstall doesn't recognize license

I want to reinstall my XP pro and I have the original
disk. However when I put in the license number, the
installer says its incorrect. Is there somewhere on the
machine that I can find the license number?

The XP Product key can be found by use of ViewKeyXP.exe You can download
this utility from:

http://www.webtree.ca/windowsxp/tips_fixes.htm
